How To Place An OrderHi there, thank you for your interest in joining one of my group orders and using my service! Below is a brief explanation of how everything works. Step 1: You pick the items you want to order. Simply add the items you want to your cart, and then pay for them through the checkout - it's that easy! You won't be charged any shipping upfront for international orders, but please make sure the address you put in is the one you will use for shipping, and that you enter an email you actually check, as that is what I'll use to get in touch with you. If you want your shipping to a domestic Korean address, you'll be charged a $4 flat rate shipping fee on your order, and I will manually refund any repeat charges for subsequent orders that will be shipped together. Step 2: I process the order and send you the shipping quote. Most orders from Weverse or Korean retailers take a few days, weeks, or even months to ship if they are preorders, so all listings have estimated shipping times on them. Once I've received the items, I will check the items, carry out any PC swaps, and repackage all your items for shipping, before finally sending you a shipping invoice. (For domestic orders, you won't get any emails from me before shipping since you've already paid, but I'll send you tracking once your items have been shipped out.) Step 3: You pay the invoice and I ship your items. Once you've paid for your shipping, I will send you your tracking information, and you'll receive your merch! ^^ --- If you (intend to) shop with me often, or want to have all your order information nicely stored in one place, I recommend making an account on this website so you can save your shipping addresses and such ahead of time, and keep a record of all your orders/payments. I, unfortunately, can't quote shipping prices ahead of time as they are charged by the volume or weight of the package (whichever is heaviest, as per Korea Post's shipping policy) - so it's impossible for me to know the price ahead of time. There are also still shipping restrictions from South Korea so please check if shipping is available to your country before ordering. Please be aware that all orders placed through my store are final, and will only be refunded if I am unable to purchase the items. All items are charged at a 1,000 KRW = 1 USD exchange rate, and any service fees are included in the item price, so you don't need to worry about anything extra. Different parts of the process are explained in more detail in this FAQ section, so please check them out if you're unsure of anything, and if you're still stuck afterward, hit me up via the 'Contact' page!

Combined Shipping PolicyTo make shipping cheaper for everyone, I will happily combine any items that arrive to me within 2 weeks of each other and ship them together. If there is more than a 2 week wait between deliveries, I will send you a shipping quote to ship out the items currently with me. Please keep track of your expected shipping dates and make sure to pay shipping quotes asap - if I feel like you are intentionally delaying your shipping payment to combine extra items for shipping, then I will add a holding fee to your shipping quote. Please please please do not do this - I have limited storage in my apartment, and it is extremely stressful keeping track of, and maintaining the condition of multiple people's merch in my limited space. I run this service because I want to help people, so please do not take advantage and make things harder for me. You can keep track of when merch is due to ship via the 'Calendar' page on this website, or by checking the 'Updates' page to see if your items have arrived yet.

Refunds Policy For Cancelled OrdersFirstly, I would like to point out that refunds are EXTREMELY rare for me, however, they do happen. In the event that I am not able to get your items, I will refund the missing item price, or the full order price minus the PayPal fees. This is because, as of January 2022, PayPal no longer refunds fees to a buyer when the seller sends a refund, meaning the seller (ie me) ends up having to pay the return fee out of pocket. For example: You paid: $1 I got in cash: $0.90 PayPal takes a fee: $0.10 If I send you a refund, I can only send you the $0.90 I received, because PayPal no longer returns the $0.10 fee when a transaction is canceled. If I refund you the full $1, then I would lose $0.10 out of my pocket from the entire process. I am telling you this now so you can make an informed decision before buying through me. PayPal fees are relatively small, but it is still a risk you need to be aware of. If you don't feel comfortable with this, I completely understand, but please do not order from me as this is non-negotiable.

Why are the prices charged in US dollars?I charge in dollars because it is a universal currency that most people can easily understand, and it also converts nicely to Won. Generally, I charge at a 1,000 KRW = 1 USD exchange rate, and sometimes a service fee on top. However, when I place the order, I have to send the money through my UK bank account before converting it to Won. This exchange rate ensures I have enough after all the conversion/PayPal fees to actually place the order without having to worry about fluctuations in exchange rates. I've used this same rate for 3 years and it has never caused me problems.

Why are some of your prices higher than Weverse? This will be due to currency conversion fees and service charges. In terms of currency conversion, I pay for everything in won, however, there are multiple steps I need to take to get your payment to my bank account, and each step includes fees. For this reason, I charge a minimum of 1 USD to 1,000 KRW for all items, based on the Korean price. Likewise, I also charge a small service fee on top of most items, this covers labor, fees, and miscellaneous expenses (boxes, bubble wrap, storage units, etc) for processing everyone's orders. Service fees will also typically be higher on items that have a lot of processing on my side (eg. in-person purchases). That being said, I always try to keep my prices low and reasonable as affordability is quite important to me ^^

Which countries do you ship to & which methods do you use?Due to Covid-19, shipping from South Korea is still slightly limited. Currently I ship to the following countries: Most common: Australia, Canada, UK & USA Also to: Arab Emirates, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Chile, China, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Mexico, Mongolia, Nigeria, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Vatican & Vietnam All packages are sent via Korea Post, and are shipped using Air, K-packet, EMS (which all take 3 - 15 days depending on your location) or Sea (which takes several months). The exact service I will use will depend on the nature of what you are ordering as each service has limitations. All shipping methods are 100% tracked from me to you. You can check which shipping methods are available to your country here. If your country is on this list but you can't seem to check out then please send an inquiry using the 'Contact' page and I'll try to sort it out for you ASAP!

How long does shipping take?Express Air Shipping (including Air, K-packet and EMS) takes 3 - 15 business days depending on your location. Sea Shipping takes 1 - 4 months depending on your location. The expected shipping time to your location is shown on the check out page. Please note that for preorder items, you need to check the shipping start date and factor that into your calculation for when you expect something to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?Shipping cost is determined by the following: + Size of the package/envelope + Weight of the package/envelopes + Shipping method (EMS, Sea etc) + Destination As you can see, there are multiple elements that go into determining the shipping price, so it is impossible for me to give you a quote ahead of time. That being said, if you live in a country where K-packet, Air, or Sea Shipping is available, your shipping will 90% being cheaper than Weverse. (Air Shipping can be equal in price to Weverse for big or heavy items due to covid surcharges.) If you ship via EMS, the price for one order will typically be similar to Weverse, however, you have the benefit of not having to pay shipping up-front when ordering with me. Also, if you combine multiple orders for shipping together via EMS, it will definitely be cheaper overall than shipping them separately from Weverse. You can check which shipping methods are available to your location here.

Shipping Inclusions Only vs Full Packages"Inclusion" refers to any random element(s) inside a piece of merch, e.g. PCs, post cards, lenticulars etc. "Full package" refers to the entire item, including the outbox, album discs, etc. When placing an order, if you only want the inclusions, but don't want the additional physical elements, all you need to do is indicate this on the order page and I will pack your order accordingly!

Where can I track my order after it has shipped? For tracking, you can use any international tracking website while the item is in transit, or your local postal service website once the item has reached your country. Personally I use https://www.17track.net/en because it's very detailed. Please also note that you may need to wait a day or two before your tracking number starts working, as I usually send tracking information when I register the packages, which is usually the night before I ship things (or a couple nights if it's the weekend!) For Sea Shipping, please note that there will be no updates when your item is still on the boat. Also, once it arrives at the port, it will be updated and then you will have to wait another 2 weeks or so as its processed through your local customs system before the tracking updates again. If you experience any trouble with your tracking, drop me an inquiry via the contact page form! ^^

Will I still get my POBs (Preorder Benefits)?Yes! For all preorders you will still receive all the POBs from that shop as normal.

What Are Inclusion Swaps & How Do They Work?"Inclusion" refers to any random element(s) inside a piece of merch, e.g. PCs, post cards, lenticulars etc. I do swaps for almost all items that contain PCs (albums, DVDs etc) as this gives everyone the highest chance of getting who they want. On the item page, you will be able to pick your preferences for inclusions and I will do my best to match! However please be aware that there are no guarantees you will get who you asked for! This is non negotiable - please be aware that your merch will be opened if an inclusion swap is mentioned on the item page. That being said, as a collector myself, I will treat your babies with the utmost care! ^^

What are lucky draws?Lucky Draws are high quality (normally plastic) photocards sold by three major offline retailers here in Korea: Powerstation, M2U Record & Soundwave. They are typically made with unreleased OFFICIAL pictures, are limited edition, and always sell out in a day or two. (Which means they're also pretty expensive when bought second hand!) As such, I will usually only take orders for 2 days when they are announced. Lucky Draws are always announced the day an album drops and the sale starts the day after, so keep an eye out! ^^
